A Virtual Office Package is pretty much just what it sounds like, the image of an office without the actual office. In other words, what the Virtual Office allows you to do is to operate a business from home, out of your car or wherever you want and still allow you to maintain a highly professional image for you and your business from just $104 per month. ($104 only if you provide your own phone line, otherwise $140 per month if we provide the phone line).


How Exactly Can the Virtual Office Package Help my Business?

The way it works is that you can operate your business from wherever you want, all we do is provide you with professional personalized telephone answering service, where a real live receptionist would take all your calls (8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday), receive them with a custom greeting of your choice and forward them to wherever you are, whether it be to your home or to your cellular phone/pager.

In addition to providing this telephone answering service, we would also provide you with full mail handling service, allowing you to use Tri-City Business Centre's prestigious mailing address as your own. To top things off we will also provide you with a voice mail account for one person, included at no extra charge.
